Smooth white chocolate, caramelized milk, and crunchy Oreo cookies come together in our cookies and dream bar. We use organically-cultivated cacao butter and unrefined sugar, only the best ingredients to bring out the natural flavors of the cacao. The caramelized milk gives the bar a delicious toasted aroma and golden color, which perfectly complements the crunchy Oreo bits that await in each delectable bite.

Cacao Cold Brew Mix

When we roast the cacao, we only use the inner nib to produce chocolate. We're left with a very aromatic shell that smells of deep dark chocolate. We love using these shells to steep into hot water and make an earthy hot chocolate without any of the sugar usually associated with the drink. We find that it has very bold acidic and umami undertones that make for a lovely warm drink. The shells can also be soaked in filtered water for 24 hours and produces a beverage like cold brew coffee. This product is vegan-friendly!

We Got It Twix-Ted

Our version of the classic candy bar. Fresh baked shortbread cookie topped with house-made caramel. We then cover with our signature dark chocolate. Each order brings a bar of the house made confection.

The organically-cultivated cacao beans ethically sourced from the coastal town of Guayaquil, Ecuador carry a nutty flavor that perfectly complements the crunchy peanuts nestled in each chocolatey bite. The bar's flavor honors its origin and conserves the unique terroir of its farm.
